Below are the prerequisites you'll need to meet prior to starting training

Valid U.S. passport or approved identification

Submit FAA student pilot application with a Certified Flight Instructor

Requirements include:

Hold a Private Pilot License

Complete required flight and training hours

Minimum of 50 cross-country flight hours

40 hours of instrument training

At least 15 hours with a Certified Flight Instructor-Instrument (CFII)

Obtain a Third Class FAA Medical Certificate

Pass FAA written exam
